Anthony Iarrapino

Attorney Iarrapino works with non-profits, entrepreneurs, businesses,  and individuals to advance their interests in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, commercial and real estate transactions, and estate planning. Drawing from his long background of advocacy in the public eye, Anthony also represents clients seeking strategic communication counseling to succeed in the court of public opinion.

Anthony entered private practice in 2015 after a decade of service as a public-interest lawyer at the Conservation Law Foundation and other organizations, representing environmental and public health causes in federal and state courts, before administrative tribunals, and as a lobbyist before the Vermont General Assembly and the U.S. Congress.

With WILO, Anthony has successfully represented renewable energy developers, electric and telecommunications utilities, and other infrastructure projects seeking regulatory approval. Anthony provides governance and compliance counseling for advocacy-oriented nonprofits, educational institutions, and charities, including a focus on campaign finance and election law. Anthony also enjoys the trust of an eclectic group of professionals seeking assistance with contract drafting and review in areas such as book publishing, musical recording, computer software development, and management consulting. In addition, Anthony works to support vibrant downtowns through general counseling of "Main St." retail and hospitality small businesses. Anthony also enjoys the opportunity to assist families as they plan their estates.

Anthony graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1998, and summa cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2003. He served as a law clerk to Justice Denise R. Johnson of the Vermont Supreme Court from 2003-2005. Anthony was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2003 and the Vermont Bar in 2005.
